Continuing a long history and relationship with Trinity Financial, Aberthaw Construction began working with the
development and design team to bring this out of the ground, parking garage under podium, 111 - unit low income housing
project through many series of Tax based financing, including rounds with DHCD. A mix of one, two and three bedroom
apartments, this building also offers tenants various amenity spaces including a fitness gym, indoor and outdoor lounge areas
including bbq's and patio seating. Additional services include, laundry services on each floor, key-less entry points throughout
and video monitoring per unit.
