Being constructed with Pre-fabricated CLT, and GluLam engineered wood products, this 3 Story 73,000 SqFt building will be a first in the State of New Hampshire to utilize this Mass Timber construction.  All the Pre-engineered wood products are being supplied by Nordic Structures of Canada. This building process will produce a finished wood surface on all the vertical and horizontal supports. It will also create a fully finished ceilings, with some walls left to reveal the beauty of wood.
